Newcastle
A striking design with huge gables and cement sheet slats, these homes fit harmoniously into the streetscape and compliment neighboring properties. Architectural cantilevered balcony handrails provide privacy and screening in both directions. The Sandhurst feature brick walls soften the appearance and add the element of texture against the render.
Our clients wanted two separate properties without any parti-walls, and their instructions were clear: build in order to reduce maintenance and make all future work easily accessible.
These properties were to suit our client’s lifestyle and family needs, with one being an investment. Both homes feature ground floor bedrooms, ensuites and open plan living. Upstairs, both consist of two bedrooms, a bathroom and rumpus room. Spotted Gum floors have been featured throughout, with tu-pac joinery, aluminium double-glazed windows, internal vacuums and alarms.
These homes are innovative, functional, energy-efficient and show attention to detail in all aspects of construction.
